My passion for supporting your soul’s unique journey was born from a lifetime of personal, professional and psychic medium experience. I have deep insight, knowledge and wisdom into what it takes to overcome suffering, trauma, blockages, limitations and pain.
I know first hand how lonely and dark this journey can be, as well as how blissful and awakening it is to heal from within, connect with Spirit and awaken your gifts, to live a life of purpose, empowerment and peace. I see the light, dark, grit and growth - and I'm here to support your spiritual evolution and be your trusted guide.
My Story
Growing up in a household of abuse, alcoholism and domestic violence for the first 19 years of my life took an enormous toll on my self-esteem, self-confidence and self-worth. Every day was a struggle, stained with horror, suffering and pain. It was traumatising and soul destroying as a child navigating complex adult issues, without the tools, skills or support I needed to feel safe, grow and thrive. Yet my truth was hidden behind closed doors.
The only eyes that witnessed my experience and true essence was Spirit. From my first connection at the age of 5, I understood Spirit’s powerful presence in my life. I was blessed with clear hearing (clairaudience), feeling (clairsentience), knowing (claircognizance), seeing (clairvoyance) and medium abilities. I was guided to pass on healing messages to others, and told how to help them to create deep and lasting change.
My Wake Up Moments
Through every challenging chapter of my life, I have always felt a deep connection with something bigger than myself - God, Spirit, Universe and the Divine. This connection helped me through some very dark times in my life. However, in my 20s, I disconnected from my gifts and path as I tried to fit in. I struggled with unresolved childhood trauma, feelings of unworthiness, panic attacks and pain. I then found myself in a mediocre marriage, which resulted in divorce 8 years later.
When I divorced at 30, I had a spiritual awakening that reignited my soul purpose, connection to Spirit and attracted the love of my life. I honoured my pain, healed past wounds and did the inner work to change my frequency and point of attraction. I now have a beautiful husband, daughter and two dogs that I am thankful for everyday.
I experienced yet another spiritual crisis and awakening at 33 when I was diagnosed with an aggressive form of Rheumatoid Arthritis on the day of childbirth, where I couldn’t walk or move for several years. This experience led me on a deep quest and journey to find inner-healing, forgiveness, freedom and peace. I set out to find the practices, tools and techniques to heal my own body, spirit and mind, which led me on the path, dharma, purpose and work I do today.
My Divine Calling
From debilitating Rheumatoid Arthritis to punishing myself for unresolved childhood trauma, I have always found deep strength from both myself and Spirit to uncover the tools, support and courage I need to embrace and embody the light.
With my decades of professional and life experience, evidential mediumship skills and highly developed psychic gifts, I share my soul’s work from a place of understanding, insight and compassion.
My wisdom, tools, knowledge, training and teachings are now part of my mission to help others on their soul’s path to healing and illumination.
