From a Place of Understanding
My journey to becoming your Spiritual Guide and Psychic Medium is grounded in rich mentorship and diverse training, from internationally-recognised Evidential Psychic Mediums, Medical Intuitives and Spiritual Teachers. This professional development draws on the gifts I unlocked during childhood, including clear hearing (clairaudience), feeling (clairsentience), knowing (claircognizance) and seeing (clairvoyance).
Since my first communication with Spirit at 5, my own divine encounters have guided my personal healing journey, as I overcame trauma and trying chapters in my life. I have read for celebrities, CEOs, clients, lightworkers, friends, psychics, groups and everyone in between. I’ve also mentored hundreds of spiritual seekers, psychics and mediums to unleash their own unique gifts and take them into the world.
What happens during a Reading?
Each session begins with an invocation to connect with the Spiritual Realm and my Guides. At that time, I also ask if you would like a Psychic Reading, Mediumship Reading, OR a mix of both (most clients prefer a mixed reading). I then blend with the energy of your soul and/or Spirit, and invite your passed loved ones and pets to come forward. I use my mediumship abilities and psychic senses to relay information, evidence and heartfelt messages to you, allowing Spirit to “speak” through me. For psychic sessions, I tap into your energy to provide insights and guidance into your life.
My decades of psychic and mediumship experience enables me to capture the essence of your passed loved ones and pets. I channel detailed evidence about their personalities and human lives, along with meaningful messages, so you can feel their presence and know they are always with you.
As a Medical Intuitive, I may also provide information about your body, energy field, chakras and health.

Where are you based and how do I book a Reading?
I am based in Brisbane, Australia. However, I offer online services worldwide. To book a Reading click here.
Do Readings still work well over Zoom?
Yes, absolutely! Readings work online or in-person, as energy and Spirit knows no bounds! There’s no difference whether it’s in person, phone or online.
How do I prepare for a Reading?
Find a quiet and safe space where you won’t be interrupted. It’s also helpful to release expectations and come with an open heart and mind. You can however, think about loved ones you’d like to connect with, or questions you’d like to have answered, prior to your Reading. Please ensure you have a secure internet connection and enter Zoom at least 5-10 minutes prior to your start time.
Can I ask questions during the Reading?
As a Psychic Medium, I prefer to channel information, Spirit and guidance for the first part of the Reading. I then check in with you to see if any questions remain unanswered, or to bring through other passed loved ones and pets you are looking to connect with (if time permits).
How often should I book a Reading with you?
This is unique to each person. However, I generally recommend allowing time after each Reading to process or integrate any information or guidance you received. Some people see me monthly, quarterly or when they feel guided to. For mediumship sessions however, the time is typically 6 months to a year. Trust that you will know when it’s time for us to reconnect.
Can I record the Reading?
Yes! Please let me know at the start of your session if you’d like it recorded (Zoom sessions only). Please note however, as we’re dealing with technology I cannot guarantee recordings, or the quality of any recording. Recordings will be deleted from my end, once the link has been sent to you.
Are Readings set in stone?
Readings are not set in stone. You are encouraged at all times to use your own discernment and guidance. You also have free will at all times to navigate your life and change outcomes to create your own destiny and future.
Do you read for anyone under the age of 18?
For ethical and legal reasons, I do not read for anyone under the age of 18 years old. There may be some exceptions however, when an adult is present. Please email me who would be joining you (including their age and reason), prior to booking a session with me.
What is your cancellation policy?
Once your reading is booked, payments are non-refundable. You may reschedule your session once only via email to hello@rachelblom.com.au, or your booking link, provided it’s outside of 48 hours notice. If you do not show up to your Reading, cancel at any time, or arrive 10 minutes later than the start time, a cancellation fee of your full session fee will apply. Should you arrive late, your appointment will still finish on time due to other client appointments. Refer to cancellation policy for full details.
Do you have a cancellation or waiting-list?
Yes! As clients reschedule from time to time, earlier sessions may become available. Please contact me via email hello@rachelblom.com.au AFTER you have booked your session, to request a place on my cancellation list (with your preferred times and days). I cannot guarantee however that an earlier session will become available.

No! All Readings are designed to offer support and guidance only. They do not replace or substitute for medical, legal or professional advice, treatment and care. While I’m also a Medical Intuitive and may provide insights to discuss with your medical team, I am not a medical professional and do not diagnose medical conditions.
